From Sydney Airport, we start our day with a scenic helicopter ride over Sydney Harbour, taking in iconic sites like the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House. Heading north past Manly Beach and the northern Beaches, we land in the heart of the Australian bush at Walkabout Wildlife Park on the Central Coast.

You’ll be greeted by your ranger guide, as well as kangaroous, wallabies and emus. Don’t forget to say hello to Dexter the noisy cockatoo!.

There are few places left around Sydney where you can walk through old growth bush, see indigenous wildlife in its natural habitat, and learn about bush tucker and medicine in ancient Aboriginal sites.

Work up an appetitefor your bush tucker tea, including traditional Aussie damper and bush jams.

We’ll be honest with you, it’s tough to get back on board your helicopter at the end of your visit. But at least you have the amazing view to look forward to!
